As cloud adoption continues to increase, CIOs and business leaders are seeking solutions to manage and optimize their cloud investments. Cloudyn helps them achieve this by providing the tools necessary to continuously monitor, measure and analyze consumption, enable accountability, and forecast future cloud spending. As I look back, I am proud that we have been able to help organizations to realize the true value of their clouds.
When we started this journey, our goal was to build a great company, attract the best and brightest talent and provide the best business management solution for all clouds. We have strived to help our customers be their company’s cloud heroes, and hope we have succeeded.
Today, Boris, Vittaly and I are thrilled to announce that Cloudyn will be joining Microsoft to continue our mission of optimizing cloud efficiencies and investments. The Cloudyn solution will be incorporated into Microsoft’s product portfolio – offering customers the industry’s broadest set of multi-cloud management, security and governance solutions.
On behalf of the entire team, I would like to give you – our customers, partners, friends and family – our heartfelt thanks for your trust, support and friendship over the years. I would also like to thank our investors for believing in us – RDC (a joint venture of Elron and Rafael), Carmel Ventures, Titanium, Viola Credit, and Infosys, as well as Pacific Crest Securities, our financial advisors in this transaction.
But most importantly, I would like to thank the entire Cloudyn team – an amazing group to work with – our success is your success. We could not have done it without each, and every, one of you!
Finally, we are stoked to be joining the Microsoft team and are ready to embark on the next stage of our journey. For more info on this exciting news, please read Microsoft’s blog here.
